When you connect wearables, fitness trackers, health apps, or medical devices to Raeva, we may collect data such as:
- Heart rate
- Steps and movement
- VO₂ max and fitness metrics
- Training load and performance history
- Sleep duration and sleep quality
- Stress and recovery data
- Respiration rate
- Menstrual cycle logs and symptoms
- Hydration and nutrition logs
- Other wellness, biometric, or activity data you choose to import
We only collect Health Data with your explicit permission.
1.2 Account information
- Name
- Email address
- Password or login credentials
- Profile details you choose to provide
1.3 Usage data
To improve the App, we collect general usage details such as:
- Log files (IP address, browser type, timestamps)
- App interaction data (buttons clicked, screens viewed, etc.)
- Diagnostic and crash report data for app performance and debugging
- Device information

This includes notes, goals, preferences, or health information manually entered to Raeva.
2. How we use your data
We process your information to provide and improve Raeva. Specifically, we use it to:
- Display and organize your Health Data in the App
- Generate charts, summaries, insights, and trends
- Help you manage your health, performance, and wellbeing
- Personalize your experience
- Improve Raeva’s features, stability, and usability
- Provide customer support if you contact us
- Ensure security, prevent abuse, and maintain system integrity
- Conduct product research and development using anonymized or aggregated data only
We never sell your personal information or Health Data.
3. Legal basis for processing (GDPR users)
If you live in the EU or UK, we process your data under the following lawful bases:
- Consent – when you connect devices or import Health Data
- Contract – to provide the Raeva App and associated services
- Legitimate Interests – to maintain, improve, and secure the App
- Legal Obligation – where required by law
You can withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting devices or deleting your account.
4. How we share your data
We only share your data in the following limited circumstances:
4.1 Service providers
We use trusted third-party vendors to support the App (e.g., hosting, analytics, authentication, cloud storage). These providers are contractually required to:
